Arriving late or not showing up

You should contact the Fikra Ammar website if you wish to cancel your reservation (cancellable) before the date of the reservation, but if your arrival is likely to be late for the check-in time or the inability to register on the day of your reservation, you must contact the accommodation directly and inform them of that. If you fail to check in to the Accommodation on the day of booking without informing them, the remainder of your reservation may be canceled and you may not be eligible for a refund, subject to the Accommodation's terms and conditions.

Change or cancel your reservation

Cancellation policy varies between properties. Some reservations are not subject to change or cancellation, some accommodations may charge a cancellation fee, while others offer a full refund. Please note that some reservations with certain rates or special offers are not eligible for change or cancellation. Some properties may also apply additional fees for early or late departures.

Regardless of the policy of changing or canceling the reservation of the accommodation, Fikra Ammar reserves the right to charge certain fees for changing or canceling the reservation, as indicated on the site.
