Cancellation & Refund Policy - ArjanPark Hotels & Resorts

1. Cancellation Before Arrival:

  • If cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, full payment will be refunded.
  • If cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the first night's total will be charged.
  • Bookings made through third-party websites must be cancelled through the same platform (Booking, Agoda, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.).

2. Cancellation on Arrival Day:

  • 100% of the first night's charge will be deducted, with remaining amounts refunded for longer bookings.
  • Third-party bookings must be cancelled through the original booking platform.

3. No Show:

  • In case of no show without prior cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged.

4. Booking Modification:

  • One free modification is allowed if notified 48 hours prior to arrival.
  • Modifications within 48 hours of arrival are subject to 20% modification fee.
  • Third-party bookings must be modified through the original booking platform.

5. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from cancellation approval.
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method (cash payments refunded via bank transfer).
  • Third-party booking refunds are processed through the original platform.
  • Any bank fees or commissions will be borne by the guest.
  • Refunds will be made to the original bank account unless additional documentation is provided.

General Notes:

  • We recommend contacting our customer service team for any additional assistance.
  • Late check-out will result in an additional night charge.
  • Guests are fully responsible for any damage to property contents.
  • The hotel is not responsible for lost luggage or personal items in the unit.
  • For forgotten items, please contact the branch immediately.
  • All policies are subject to additional terms and conditions that may be updated periodically.

ArjanPark Resort Booking Terms:

  • A 500 SAR security deposit is required upon check-in and refunded upon departure.
  • Deposit payment (card or cash) will be refunded via bank transfer within 24 hours.
  • Late check-out until 11:00 AM maximum requires 250 SAR payment.
  • Early check-in between 6:00-11:00 AM requires 200 SAR payment (subject to availability).
  • Prohibited items are not allowed in the chalets ⛔️
  • You must be of legal age to make a booking.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • If you have children, you must select a chalet with safe pool fencing.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the pool and resort facilities.
