Arjaan Park Hotels Management would like to clarify the recent social media posts regarding an incident at our property.

After investigating the incident, it was determined that it resulted from an individual employee's error in handling the situation. The employee was immediately suspended and referred for investigation in accordance with established procedures. Our work procedures and guest service mechanisms will also be reviewed to ensure such incidents do not recur.

Inspectors from the Ministry of Tourism have also visited the site, and the investigation is ongoing. The hotel management appreciates the Ministry's efforts, which prioritize guest satisfaction while monitoring service quality and raising compliance standards in the hospitality sector.
